Bagby Law Office is the oldest firm in Paulding County, having served this community as well as all Metro Atlanta Counties for over 65 years.  We currently offer legal services in all types of real estate transactions, residential and commercial, including sale, purchase, mortgage, owner finance, and cash closings.  We have been a Stewart Title Guaranty Company agency for many years, issuing Owner's and Lender's title insurance policies.  Our companion area of practice is Estate Services including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills as well as Probate Court proceedings.
